Meet your host!

I’m Lana Osborne-Paradis, fitness trainer, exercise physiologist and compassionate coach here at Blast Fitness. I’ve worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years and have a deep love for supporting active women in their pursuit to feel good in their bodies.

Training and nutrition are my passion, which is why I have a degree in Exercise Science and multiple post-graduate certifications to my name.

My goal is to teach women the tools they need to make moving well, and reducing pain an enjoyable and accessible option so they can feel fit and confident on the inside and out.

During the Operation Restoration Workshop, I teach you how to identify your pain and stiffness triggers, followed by our simple and effective mobility, stability and strength routines. You'll leave with a step-by-step guide for how to implement our strategy for 8 weeks.

To complete the Operation Restoration Workshop, you'll need a mat, wall and lacrosse ball. For the bonus 8 week mobility and stability plan, you'll need a mat, wall chair, foam roller, yoga block and a lacrosse ball.

The live workshop will be 90 minutes in length. The 8 week mobility and stability program is 10 minutes a day.

Yes! You'll have continued access to the workshop and 8 week mobility flows. Your access does not expire.
