Hi girlfriend!

I’m Lana Osborne-Paradis, personal trainer, group fitness instructor and mama. My classes are a welcoming space with a blend of straight-to-the-heart motivation and curated exercise instruction. Expect to get a good sweat, with a blend of strength work, core awareness and full body functional training. 

Training women to gain strength, improve energy and feel good in their bodies is my passion, which is why I have a degree in Exercise Science and multiple post-graduate certifications to my name.

My Style - Sweaty, balanced, and encouraging.

My Mission - To give you options and modifications to make each workout class fit your specific needs.

What I'm Known For - Carefully crafted strength based workouts that get your heart rate up and leave you feeling better than when you started.
