The Core Connection Live Class Series will guide you week-by-week to connect with your core, hips and pelvic floor to build a mobility and strengthening routine you can use moving forward.

I’m Lana Osborne-Paradis, fitness trainer, exercise physiologist and compassionate coach here at Blast Fitness. I’ve worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years and have a deep love for supporting active women in their pursuit to feel good in their bodies.
My goal is to teach women the tools they need to make moving well, and reducing pain an enjoyable and accessible option so they can feel fit and confident on the inside and out.
During the Core Connection Live Class Series, I teach you how to use breath, body position, strength and mobility exercises to improve your core connection. You'll practice what we learn in our classes in your weekly homework assignments.

To join us for Core Connection Live, you'll need a mat, a dumbbell (10-20lbs), a small pilates ball, bench or sturdy chair, long exercise band, a wall, and lacrosse ball.
The live classes are 45 minutes in length. The weekly homework assignments are 15-20 minutes, 2 times per week.
Yes! You'll have continued access to the recordings of the live classes and homework after the live 5 week session ends. Your access does not expire.
The live classes are on Wednesdays May 18 - June 15th at 10:30-11:15am MDT.
Yes! The exercises and strategies we teach in Core Connection have been of great benefit to myself and my clients with low back pain. This class is designed to help your core function more optimally. As always, it is recommended to see a physiotherapist for a personalized assessment and treatment of any pain or injury.
