The 8 Week Muscle Makeover is a full body strength training and muscle definition program. The goal of this program is to do 5 x 18-30 minute workouts each week for 8 weeks.

The workouts in this program use only dumbbells, a mini band and an exercise bench.

12 Week Awesome Arms Program

The goal of this program is to build upper body strength and muscle definition by performing 3 x 20-30 minute workouts each week for 12 weeks. This program can be integrated with other activities like running or total body workouts, or it can be used as a stand alone program. 

The workouts in this program use only dumbbells, a super band, an exercise ball and an exercise bench.
